If you would like to use scenes published on the gbp-website for your own broadcast or corporate productions, contact switzerland-filmbank@gbp.ch specifying:
- Code number (i.e. 02-05-07) of the scenes of interest
- Duration of the expected length of the scenes finally used
- Title and total duration of your production
- Type and use of production (broadcast, corporate, DVD, internet, etc.)
- Contact and address of the client/user

You will receive a production-specific estimate.

Licence fee footage
Guidelines for broadcast and corporate productions:
- Basic licence for up to 1 minute from CHF 1,200.00 (Euro 800.00)
- Each further minute from CHF 900.00 (Euro 600.00)

Licence fee for longer duration, delivery in high-definition-format, use in TV-commercials to be agreed.

Production documents footage
Standard delivery format normally is a Quicktime-file corresponding to the original recording format:
- Aspect ratio 16:9 or 4:3    
- Resolution: high-definition (HD) or standard-definition (SD)
- Standard codec: Apple Pro Resolution         
- Delivery on data medium or download

Other delivery formats to be agreed.

General terms and conditions footage

Copyright
All visual and acoustic elements published on the gbp website are protected under copyright and are available to internet users for personal viewing only. They may not be downloaded, archived or edited for any further purpose or for forwarding to third parties.

Written agreement with the user
The use of scenes published on the gbp-website for any purposes requires a written agreement between the user and the producer/copyright-holder, gbp Georges Boehler Productions. By acquiring a licence, the user undertakes to use the documents for production that are supplied only within the agreed framework and for the production stipulated in the agreement.

The procedure
The production documents that have been ordered will be dispatched once the agreement has been signed and the costs for the basic licence and production documents have been prepaid. Footage exceeding the basic licence is calculated according to the actual running time of the footage used and invoiced based on a voucher copy of the end product.

Delivery times are subjects to mutual agreement.
